Terrible customer service, over spend on data every month by as much as £1500.00 and account not managed to avoid this. Been with the company over 5yrs and they couldn't compete with Vodafone direct so when asked for PAC codes, my "account manager" started to ignore my calls & emails. Called customer services and promised phone calls back several times which never materialised. contacted via the complaints emails as per the website, got an email back to promise it would be investigated and i would receive a response within 24hrs. As expected, no response received. In all, a terrible company that don't have the customers best interests as its core value. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid !!!!!
Have to agree with other reviewers ... most devious firm I have ever dealt with. Trying to cancel a contract is almost impossible. They use every trick in the book. They also use pressure selling and wilfully mislead you. Avoid at all costs. Still in the complaint process layer , upon layer of mistakes / deceptions. No doubt the Chris Charles who has reviewed the company with a 5 is the same Chris Charles who works for Olive
Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with, huge lack of customer service from the accounts management team. Almost impossible to get out of a contract without racking up a 5 figure pay out charge. Will promise you the world and will provide you with less than a pond. However, Customer Services/Help desk team are brilliant.
Diabolical customer service, over 3 months to send replacement phones for substandard initial batch potentially costing us thousands in revenue. When you ring your always told the person you want is in a meeting of unavailable and surprise ,no phone call back!Just sent replacements and they had forgotten to put chip in so complete batch useless, on the phone again they acknowledge it's their fault but cannot rectify at this time . Again costing us business and indeed potentially a Council Contract where the phones are part of the contracted agreement for logging in purposes.Steer clear of this company if you value your Business as they obviously have no concern about yours themselves ! I HAD TO CLICK ONE STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS !
Disappointed and disgusted at the treatment we have received from Olive. We advised Olive of an error amounting to around £600 on our December 2016 bill prior to the direct debit date of 2nd January 2017. They asked us to pay the bill usually around £140 but this one was £758 and we would be reimbursed the same week. This didn't happen. In fact, to this day it still hasn't been reimbursed and throughout having to continually chase this money I have been laughed at and accused of being a liar by Giles Pearson, had the phone put down on me by customer services and general mistreatment as a customer on the whole. But I've been told I should accept that we are being credited back and that is it. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend and I would advise if they cannot even look after a small account correctly they definitely could not handle a big account.
After a loss of lines due to moving to O2 and then coming back to yourselves to join Vodafone, I cannot stress enough how helpful Dan Springford was and how much we appreciate all his work and efforts during the last few months. I was extremely stressed with the loss of lines and Dan did everything he could to assure me that it would be sorted and get the lines back as quickly as possible. I know both of my bosses called Dan during the process, both of which were also stressed and probably not the easiest to talk to and we also extremely happy with how he was dealing with things. Since, I have spoke to Dan a few times on and off, he has called to make sure everything was ok with the lines, which I think was great considering he had done everything and still checked in. I also had a call with him the other day in regards to a billing query which he talked me through what was going on etc. Dan is a real credit to your team over at Olive and couldn't sing his praises enough.
I would highly recommend Olive Communications. The level of customer service provided by our account manager Dan is second to none. I was extremely grateful for his patience and advice in selecting the best package for our business and his ongoing management of our account is faultless. Thank you.

Appalling customer service, they have no interest in talking to their customers or returning your calls and try every trick in the book to stop you from exiting your contract, even at the end of the term. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TIE YOU IN AND CHARGE AN ABSOLUTE FORTUNE TO GET OUT
As others have suggested, diabolical communications company that should be avoided. Save yourself money, go with the cheaper option you have on the table, their non existent support will still be better than anything Olive will do to help.
