Very Slow turnaround time for a company based in South Africa, yes they warn you of a 10 day Business turn around time, they will only dispatch on the last business day if you lucky and then you wait for courier.... I just do not understand how they are so behind... I get orders delivered from overseas quicker, and its not like the stock you order has to be made.. Item on sale.. order paid...ship... how can they take so long! wish I could give ZERO stars
This company’s after sales service is NON-EXISTENT! I purchased two CCTV cameras from them in late January 2023. They were delivered to me on the 7th February 2023. I downloaded the app off Apple and while completing the WiFi set up the app informed that my WiFi 5g was not compatible with the WiFi on the cameras 2.4g and I was unable to finish the app set up. I immediately sent an email to the address provided also on their website and received a reply stating that I must communicate via their WhatsApp page which I did. That was the beginning of the nightmare. I received a reply giving me another WhatsApp number to which I replied giving them the problem and all the other info they asked for. Despite numerous attempts to make contact with them and obtain a reply, it’s been nothing but silence!!! My recommendation to anyone wanting to buy from them is DON’T!!!!! Anyone at One Deal a Day who may read this, PLEASE RESPOND!
Quick to take money for items. Then their delivery company steals your parcel and doesn't contact you, after enquiry you get told its lost and so far one deal a day hasnt even bothered to contact me after logging claims or do nothing about it.
Bad service . WhatsApp contacts for returns unresponsive. I’m stuck with a faulty product that cannot be assembled. Will never purchase from them again . Delivery took forever. I would give a zero they don’t deserve 1 star .
Wish I checked the reviews first before doing a purchase .
