Worse experience ever. I brought my car for service in the morning, it is 18h now my car is not returned. I called no one is picking my call s. I am not sure how I will get home without my car so late. The company does not bother to notify me. This dealer is really the worse I ever met.
Update: National management stepped in and resolved the issue. They're not so bad after all. I stand corrected. Original review: Sales staff are great but don't think you'll get anything from top level management. Consider another vehicle brand.
If you phone Oranje toyota Bloemfontein they don't answer there phones. I have even asked to speak to the manager Vikus. He also don't answer his phone. Automark also don't answer there phones. I have phoned 6 times in two hours no one answers. They have lost me as clieent. I will go to another dealer.
Worst possible service ever. My mother bought a new car Toyota Starlet from them 2 years ago. The car is still under warranty. And the car keeps dying. I've had to jump-start the car more than twenty times in the past 3 months. We keep bringing in the car in and they keep saying nothing is wrong with the car. Even though I have to jump-start the car before we make our way there. We have replaced the battery on our dime, not to mention the petrol to get there. They keep indicating that the problem is with us and that there is nothing wrong with the car. It's like think we are lying. They've even asked if my mother drives the car daily, which she does. But it keeps dying even though we have replaced the battery at Oranje Toyota. Not to mention the incredible rudeness of the managers. If this were the Olympics, they would receive gold medals for their rudeness. They may even break a few records. Seriously, do not waste your time here. If there is a problem with your car chances are you will struggle like us. Our faith in the car and their service is non-existent.
My partner and I very recently purchased a Toyota Fortuner from Oranje. Being based in Cape Town we were quite nervous but Thapelo Ramotlalane from Oranje kept us updated and our customer experience was brilliant. Thanks Thapelo for the awesome vehicle and for going above and beyond.

It's always a pleasing experience knowing that someone has your back when it comes to our investment in a form of vehicles. Toyota stuff members are professional, caring and on top of their game. They are always ready to assist and while waiting they offer a free coffee. They go beyond servicing your vehicle.
Absolutely saddened by their level of service. Tool my Toyota 160i GLE for a major service at this very branch. Got a call later to ask if they can remove my gear box since there was a leak of oil but they wouldn't know if it's the gearbox or not until they removed it,and the price they gave me just for the removal of the gearbox was R28 000. I said no way,leave it. Later that day when I went to fetch my car, the vents were removed and left on the seats. The car was smoking. I took it to a friend, turns out the leak was just a R12 seal I managed to get at Midas and replaced.
Had to have a diesel filter replaced on my new Land Cruiser. The warning light had come on and had no power. This was done and fixed. I mentioned that maybe while they at it to look at some minor problems on the vehicle, i immediately was told that they do not do those types of fixes. A key remote that is not connecting and a door that is hard to open. Cant you fix that? Very stiff and unfriendly environent inside Oranje Toyota. I felt very uncomfortable. Alot of mechanics and all sorts of staff standing around eating and avoiding clients. I will not go back there. I am selling my vehicle and switching to another brand. Oranje Toyota read all your reveiws. I am not the only one with the same compaint
Absolute shockingly poor service. Visited dealership to buy a new vehicle, I was told to get approval from my bank and send it the saleman before he would make any effort in assisting me. Got the approval from my bank sent it to him the following day. Had to follow up with him several times to enquire what was going on, too date he has never phoned me or made any effort to complete the deal and when I confronted him I was told to cancel the deal. Well thanks I will cancel the deal.
