Because of our passion for cuisine we have to push environmental stewardship. We want the opportunity to be able to grow and eat great food to last for as long as possible. So we help you grow food closer to home to reduce the food production carbon foot print and everything else it takes for our food to come us.
We don't use pesticides, herbicides or any other 'cides' because we want to foster so much ecology that we have no choice but to live healthy lives and again eat great food. We focus on building healthy soils and ecologically balanced gardens as a preventative pests and weed control strategy, fostering healthy plants and productive gardens.
We are not farmers, just nerds with a passion for the soil, and a talent for creating beauty wherever we see the opportunity. Our heart lies in urban food production.
