Located at multiple venues in Pretoria, students are allowed to progress at their own pace and whatever they feel comfortable with.
Various classes and levels are offered ranging from Novice Beginners to Advanced Professionals.
Body conditioning, flexibility and fitness classes that incorporate aspects of Pilates and Yoga are also available for those looking to attain fitness or health goals while Belly Dancing.
As a low-impact form of exercise, Belly Dance is perfect for ladies who suffer from joint pain or any injury that may not allow impact or strain.
An annual production at the Atterbury Theatre provides a unique platform to all registered students to be a part of something magical and overcome many fears they might have. Participation is optional but you will be amazed at what you are capable of. The production is of the highest standards and grooms each participant to perfection in order to look like an absolute GODDESS on stage and feel fully confident that you are one!!!

Class Descriptions:
Belly Bodies: (All levels Welcome)
Based on Belly Dance incorporating a 15 minute Pilates Warm up, 30 Minutes of Belly Dance Technique drills and a 15 minute Yoga stretch cool off for ultimate body conditioning!
Technique Intensive: (All Levels Welcome)
For a fun and sweaty class (yes I said sweaty!!) that focuses on breaking down each dance move/step and its terminology & variations thereof. This class is perfect for Beginners seeking to build a strong foundation & also great for the experienced dancer looking to improve their dance vocabulary & enhance their understanding of the Belly Dance Terminology.
Little Goddesses: (Age 5 - 12)
This is an age-appropriate technique class aimed at developing & strengthening your childs concentration, fitness, flexibility, coordination, body awareness, body control & rhythm. These classes will focus on building a strong technical foundation in order to compete (optional) in various prestigious competitions in South Africa.
