Welcome to Pieter Venter Architects trading as p+arc. Our exclusive practice is situated in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa.
We have been practicing award-winning architecture for a number of years, and our practice has become known for the unique design of cost-effective steel-framed houses and iconic commercial buildings.
Our design focus is always on finding elegant yet cost-effective solutions to complex problems in the constructed environment, by way of logical thinking and searching for poetic meaning in concept and construction.
We prefer designing by hand, but use computer modelling in order to generate equivalent, virtual models of our projects. This allows for realistic visualization and accurate costing of our designs at an early stage of the project.
Our practice differs from most in that we call on the expertise of a variety of independent professionals in order to allow for a tailor-made, dedicated service to our clients, thus reducing professional fees.
All members of the project team tasked with your project are selected for their specific skills. This then combines the best possible group of people to focus on your particular architectural needs, while I personally oversee the process as well as contractual matters.
