Did online quote request for monthly packaging. Heard nothing. Called. Got incorrect quote. Called again. Got correct quote. Replied asking if products are in stock? Heard nothing. Called. Told, "yes, just come pay and collect". Made this mistake before, asked again. Told, "wait, I'll call you in five to confirm". Hear nothing. Get a mail a day two later, "Yeah, we've got stock". Drive through the next day. They won't accept the quote and have to do a new one. We pay. Then some of the products are out of stock. Start doing a partial refund. Then no wait, they do have the stock. Then no wait again, something else is out of stock. Sooo much time and effort to buy some boxes. Would have been cool if they gave us the available stock and delivered the shortfall whenever. But no, I need to now go through the whole process again in a week or two then drive again. No thanks. PCM has moved onto our B-List of suppliers: Update: Mailed them as requested. Heard nothing back. Called today. They didn't call back. Just more of the same. Another update: Ida returned my call. Said that they're not interested in the complaint and say it's blackmail to leave a negative review. Now I know where the rot starts. Won't be going back.

The reception lady was not overly friendly or welcoming, but they do seem to have all the necessary bottles many are looking for.

Packaging centre is definitely one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. The management hides away in the office glaring out into the showroom hoping not to be bothered by the the cusromers. When you do ask the only people who you can see work there for help, they look at you like youre bothering them. The ones sitting behind the reception desk. Try orderimg via email, they ignorr your emails. Both Ndomiso and the info @packagingcentre will not reply. One time I ordered via courier and asked Ndomiso for package size and weight. He gave me the incorrect details and the courier charged us an additional R280 for delivery because of his incompetence. The service sucks since 2015. I hate going to a company where the staff act like they're doing you a favour to help you. I'm done with you. Cheers.

Great service from the staff. They also provided me quickly with a quote. They had sufficient stock and could help me immediately with a small order of plastic bottles where other places could only deliver in a day or two.

The store is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I honestly think they are one of the best when it comes to customer service and service delivery. The prices are very reasonable, making it easy to make them my go to store for packaging.

Good fast service. There was no online catalog that I could find orders would need to be queried for a quotation, else you can do what I did - just walk in and order. It is open for the public

I’ve been buying from packaging centre for almost a year or two now and each time I purchased my order was missing. I recently bought bottles in bulk and the order was missing 100 lids. I reported the shortage and I was told they would send it with my next order. Why with my next order? Who said I was planning on buying anything from you guys after the constant failure to send a proper order. I want my refund, I will go look elsewhere and will never support your business again. You clearly do not know how to treat people

Great variety of products but it takes forever to get your goods from the warehouse even if you order and pay in advance
