As a business owner myself, I know how reviews can either make or break you, and you need to give a company credit where credit is due in these tough economic times. This is the 2nd time I've made use of Paint Doctor's services. After only having my house painted a measly 4 years ago from pic 1 to 2 in 2018 by another "reputable" painting company, I was on a mission to find a new one that will set my mind at ease that I don't fall into the trap of empty promises and guarantees. I contacted Paint Doctor to arrange a site visit and get the required samples painted on different walls to see the colours in direct sunlight and shaded areas. They attacked the problematic areas first, and completed the entire colour change within a couple of days. Not only do they claim to be market leaders in their field, they and their paint actually are! It's been over 5 years since I've painted, and it still looks as if I've only completed it a couple of months ago. Thus the reason for me contacting them again this year to tackle the roof and change the tile colour completely to compliment the house color. 3rd pic - roof was changed to Charcoal, will add new photo in due course. I must admit, second time around the quotation took a bit longer than expected, but I was prepared to wait and didn't want to use anyone else. There were a couple of snags, but this was attended to immediately without any hassle. I received my workmanship guarantee, and I can confidently say I doubt I'd ever use it. Well done Paint Doctor & all teams involved, you are truly specialist paint applicators & manufacturers. - And this all comes from an OCD-Customer that's been in the building industry for just over a quarter-century.
The paint doctor painted my roof with a 5 year guarantee. The roof has had many leaks in this time period. I have phoned and they have done some repairs that are not effective. They keep promising to resolve and booked dates on28 June and then 20 July and then 17 August and have not come . I phone to find out when they will fix it but allow the call to go to voicemail. When I get through on a different number and as soon as They recongnise my voice-they say they can’t hear . I phone back and the call goes to voicemail. This is disgracefully to treat a customer this way. They are not honoring their guarantee
Awesome paint job ... and great service. I love using them for my indoor and outdoor paint jobs ... will definitely be back again
