My family all had a great time here with great staff. We had four battles in four different scenarios which lasted about 3 1/2 hours. Beware if it’s your first time, you will need plenty of paint balls ££££
Great venue in New Forest. We have been using it for family paintball days many times and we always have fun. Friendly staff venue situated in great woodland too. This time we have used the sup air field.
First visit today for the walk on day. Great site, friendly and good location. Easy to find and track to it fine for cars as well as more off road vehicles. Will definitely be returning ASAP.
Amazing day had. The staff are such a friendly bunch. Kids had a wonderful day for my sons birthday and the marshals made thier games extra fun. Highly recomended for kids but really looking forward to trying out the big boys games myself after seeing another group stag do there.
Go to Delta Force in Nursling instead of this dive. If I could give a lower score I will. Steve will try and respond to this a justify his actions but he is wrong. If I can give any advice it would be not to go here, but if you do then please note the following. 1. All Protective gear does NOT include gloves, these are charged at an extra £5. 2. Please iron out with the establishment how much your day will cost per person in advance as we were overcharged £114.50 as a group of 12. So even with a 10% off voucher we were charged 10% more. After 11 emails back and forth he is adamant we owe them money not the other way round. 3. You only get a full face helmet, NOT a motorbike styled helmet, so if you get flanked and get shot in the head be prepared to be in a lot of pain. Delta force in Nursling offer better head protection. 4. Getting shot in the gun counts as getting hit which makes you play weird. The marshals will argue the toss that you have been hit when you know you haven’t been and will send you out useless. 5. Be prepared to have rude comments by the owner. 6. Establishment run down. 7. Games very similar, delta force has more variety. 8. Don’t go here
Cheap, good staff, cheap paintballs, great maps and great equipment just remember to bring anti fog and don't wear too many layers as it fogs up the mask
Good fun day out, friendly staff. The only reason for loosing a star was the waiting around between games. The breaks between the games where half an hour plus and as a group we wanted to get back out playing games, apart from that all was good
Great day out with the friends. Games were fun, usually play one side of the field then switch sides for a second one. Price wise £50 for the day is good compared to other sites we looked at, we got the £50 package which has 1000 paintballs; highly recommend anyone coming here gets it as 500 is just not enough, we shot a lot of paintball and got an extra box for £80 on the day 2000 paintballs. Our package was listed as having lunch too but due to corona they couldn’t cater, so -1 star for that. Would use this paintball site again, 4/5 stars.
I would give zero stars if possible. I spent a week trying to get in touch with the venue to book a party on 17th with no luck. Eventually was told 17th was booked when I finally got a response yesterday. Went round to various other companies who claimed to operate in the venue who booked me for 17th then turned around and cancelled when confirming with the venue operator. Obviously this is not Paintball South's fault, however when I managed to speak with them again and book on for 24th instead, I was told I had a provisional booking held for 10-12pm until I confirmed numbers the next day. Once I confirmed this change of date and time with all party guests, I got a text from the operator simply stating 'Times for low impact are 12-2 pm.' No apology or explanation, no response to my text back. After I managed to ring him again I was told 10-12 was booked and he hadn't checked when he talked to me. This has been an absolute waste of time and I now have an extremely devastated little boy who has told all of his friends he has a paintball party on the 17th, then on the 24th, and now not at all. And the venue operator's response is simply to tell me 'If you spent more time booking with the people who run the events instead of booking with third parties who have nothing to do with us you would actually get the date and time you want.' Rude, arrogant, horrible person. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
It was fun but paintballs were very expensive understandable the marshal was nice and offered to let us play another game
