Palm Lodge Balfour

I can't forget their friendly welcoming from the 1st time I called for booking we got there very late but the warmth we got and our room was kept for us even though we just booked to pay on arrival. When we got there all the rooms were full but ours was kept still the reason I know is because we were 2couples when we got there but the other couple was sent away because it's full. I can't forget what you did for us it was our first time in Mpumalanga and we had a grt weekend. Thank you keep it up. Rooms: Rooms clean Safety: safe and secured gates locked Walkability: the area looks quiet unfortunately we didn't bring our kit to take an early morning walk.

My friends and I booked for the 30th and 31st July 2022 and I must commend the lodge for the excellent service. The place is safe,gate always locked. We slept there with friends,woke up,took a shower with hot water and clean towels Thank you so much to Kenny,Jane and the team I’m coming back again on the 27th of this month

I live not far away more or less, a block away from my residential place. The accommodation itself has the living spirit of Ubuntu — also the morning sun gives birth to light in Mpumalanga and not far away to reach certain facilities in Gauteng and KZN.

Very clean and neat. The room has everything you need and the lady at reception is very friendly and helpful. Kenny also gave very prompt and friendly service over the phone and everything was ready for my arrival. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation.

Kenny and his crew went out of their way to accommodate me and see to my needs. Excellent service, great food and good interpersonal skills were shown from them. Would recommend this place at any time.

It was short notice booking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating looking at the time we arrived. I loved the white sheet they used in all their room. The only problem I had was the bathroom. It wasn't as clean as I expected it to be.

Nice simple place with all that a visitor may need. What I really love about it, is the privacy it offers. Another thing is, where it is situated. The place is close to things such as shops. You can easily walk to where you need to go or get something. A car is not a necessity when you visit this place even if you have a car, there's parking available.

The lodge is clean, the bedrooms are well kept. The bathrooms could use with some deep cleaning though. Conveniently located for anyone whose visiting Siyathemba in Balfour Mpumalanga.

The rooms are spacious with all you need. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff are all so friendly and will accomadate you, no matter what. A very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you every body!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Balfour Lodge, whilst shooting a TV Commercial for FNB in town. Kenny at Balfour Lodge was AMAZING!!!! Not only did he ensure our accommodation and meals were top class, Kenny also went the extra mile in assisting us to source things in town and take us to the right places to find things. I've never experienced such commitment and dedication from a Manager at any other place of accommodation. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Balfour Lodge.
