I called the office, and talked with a secretary about property that I was looking for, and gave them all my details, she said that they will get back to me with a list. They did not get back to me at all, it was not even worth a follow up because I feel that the business severely lacks professionalism. It has been over a week. I am not the only person who has experienced this poor treatment.
