Pam's Homemade Treats

I'm no professional Baker.. but 1 can clearly see the density in this cake which was ordered for my daughter's birthday yesterday. No doubt it looked good but tasted horrible. I've messaged Pam, only to be told this is how their "rich" sponge cakes are. I've been using them for the past 6 years for any function I had. This is the very last and will definitely not be using them again and will definitely pass the message around to my friends and family.

I have had the pleasure of eating Pam's Biscuits for years and in a digital age 1 Bad review out of context does not do a business justice, I wrote his review because my Son who is 10 will eat no other biscuits other than this one which according to him is the No.1. They say you want honesty ask a child they have reason to lie. I post a lot of reviews that are both factual and based on actual experience. If you where great 5 stars and if where not 1 star, I do change 1 stars to 3,4,5 based on the customer experience and not emotions.

Where to start I always buy here just for September I ordered 2 cakes always recommended them to everyone who needed a cake but today is my lasted time doing business with them

My husband ordered 2 cakes in a matter of 3 days 1 was for the day of my birthday and the 2nd was the day of my suprise party, the 2nd cake when I was cutting to share with the guest I got a strange sour smell when I tasted it it wasn't the cream but the sponge was smelling off, by that time obviously they were closed and I put the cake just like that into the fridge and called them on Sunday but I forgot to get it to them when I eventually took the cake 2 them they told me that nothing was wrong with the cake and made me out 2 be a liar after ordering literally 1 cake every month from these ppl I was a liar to what get a free cake.... Lol that awas a joke.... Anyways there were 4 of them at the shop and all ganged up on me after tasting the sponge and said that the sponge is fine so my point is the cakes they make even if it was 3 days later the cakes goes off when previous cakes I got from them lasted up to 1 week in the fridge and I'm the liar.

Have been buying birthday cakes from her for the past 5 years. Absolutely delicious
