I just want to thank Alfred at this Panarottis branch for his wonderful service today. He is friendly to the highest degree, makes jokes and is overall a super kind gentle giant. This guy deserve all things that is good!

We ordered a monsterito Mediterranean pizza from Panarottis at Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg. While waiting for the food we decided to share a decaf cappuccino with cream. The cream was fresh, the coffee was excellent and the presentation was top class. When the pizza came we were even more blown away. The base was perfect and the chef wasn't shy with the toppings. Nomsa, our waitress also did a great job, and even the music was good with a great selection of hits at the right volume. Very impressed with this branch. Great job, Team!

Great pasta, pizza, sandwich and drink options. Our waitress 'Toffee' was an absolute delight, recommending dishes and drink options, came to update us on when our food would be ready and was all round a bubbly personality. The prices were affordable for the big portions you get. Only thing I have to fault is the long wait, almost 20 minutes for food.

Overage, but the personal is polite

Very happy with my visit to Panarottis in the Waterfall mall Rustenburg. It wasn't a busy night and that meant there was no problem with the service. The manager was friendly and helpful, and the pulled pork and pineapple pizza was a perfect meal after a long drive. And the best thing about my visit to Panarottis was the fact that they served draught. So the cold and refreshing Castle Lite draught really just finished of a very pleasing visit.

Place was trashy, only 1 waitess working when I got there. By the time we were seated the African gentleman in the black shirt didn't help us or ask if we needed anything. My pizza was burnt and very dry and the chicken wings were tasted so bad they might as well have just been raw. This place looks respectable but it doesn't even test your temperature before you enter. The only Waitress doing their job correctly here is Toffee. She deserves a raise with the amount of work she was putting in.

Initially , my review for Panarottis was only one star , but Panarottis has changed a lot over the last few months . The staff seem to have been trained better as I didn't have any problems with ordering or paying the bill . The pizza is good , and I really like the specials that they have on Tuesdays I appreciate that the manager speaks Afrikaans and that they write a thank you note on the bill . A++

On the 1st of January I wanted to buy pizza for my family. I tried to phone Panarottis Rustenburg for over 20 minutes. They kept on disconnecting the call. Eventually we drove to Rustenburg Mall and I asked them why are they not answering their phones? The lady behind the counter just gave me a disgusting look! They were not that busy! So we ordered our pizza and I asked her how long it will take? She told me about 20 - 25 minutes, so we walk around in the mall and went back 5 minutes before our pizza would have been ready. When we got there we waited the 5 minutes. I then asked where is our pizza's and she told me its not ready yet! We kept on waiting. It reached an hour by then and I decided to walk to the back where they make the pizza and I asked them again where is our pizza's? People that came in after us already finished their pizza's by then. So I went t o the back again. This time demanding my money back. She got on the phone with the manager and he told her to keep me calm and give me a R 100.00 voucher. After her call to the manager she said to me the pizza's is almost done and I told her I don't care! I want my money back. She gave m the money but did not give me a voucher as she was told to do. It is terrible service and the arrogance? We then went to Spur and ordered there. We did not even wait 20 minutes for our food. And I must say it was a fabulous meal. I am so disgusted with Panarottis Rustenburg Waterfall Mall and I will tell everyone about my experience! If you cant deliver service you should not e there. It is pathetic!
