Very disappointin! You brought a damaged bed and promised that you will fix next day then never showed up. I came 3 times at your showroom and there is a new people every time that claims they will fix everything this time and neve did.

I've been sleeping on my new box spring for a little over 2 weeks now. The mattress was very hard in the beginning but is now finally starting to soften a bit, making sleeping really super comfortable. -I think it is a lovely high bed with lots of storage space which provides organization and peace. There are several points that have caused me to give one star less and they are the following: -After I paid, no invoice was transferred with a scribble on it that indeed payment was made. I personally find this a bit worrying because I am not waiting for a phone call in 5 years that the invoice would not have been paid. I have emailed but so far have not received a response and an invoice stating that my purchase has been paid. -The headboard, which looks like wood in the photo, is really hard plastic with a silver paint. There are also no grids in the mattress as in the photo, but plastic decorative grids that you could remove. -The communication with the seller went well, I was only called after 7 working days. It was literally said on the phone that my bed would be delivered in two days, a week, three weeks or in a month, but so that no delivery day could be said, I found it somewhat annoying.
Children's bed Seville bought color change. The color came out exactly as shown. The finishes are just not top quality and done with precision, but for such a price this is to be expected. The saleswoman was friendly, unfortunately something went wrong in the communication, they do not take the waste with them only assembly and delivery is included. The delivery time was also good, they had promised 2 weeks, but it took 4 weeks due to the earthquake in Turkey. Otherwise fairly reliable.
Our daughter has been sleeping on her bed for over 1 month now and she sleeps like a baby. Delivery drivers were friendly men and expertly put it together. We are very happy with the purchase of this beautiful bed!
Communication very difficult, waiting time for delivery 8 weeks. April 4 pays May 25th I will be called and hopefully delivered quickly. Hope the quality and delivery go smoothly and I am very satisfied.
Bed paid, would be called within 24 hours for a delivery appointment, so far nothing heard, already tried to contact a number of times without results .. very disappointing hope to have contact soon because it is not about a small amount.
Very special company. Bed seen on the site, looked 1 day later, this bed has risen in price in 200 !!!! euros without any reasons. Company day reported and asked why this happened. The answer was that the promotion happened to have ended today, while I really saw the price a day before. In short, a very strange company.
Everything is a scam on this site. Supposedly we can pay on delivery ok it was done but only take cash so as not to give you a purchase order or invoice; therefore no guarantee and request to return the bed as specified on the site. The headboard was damaged I reported it several times never answer the phone. Bedside tables ordered and never delivered. 0 star
Rixos storage bed ordered, highly recommended, beautiful to see, very good quality and lots of storage space. Very professional staff, seller really top! The men who came to assemble it also brought the bed up with the utmost precision and assembled it in no time. Really very happy with the bed, definitely recommend the company and will order here more often!!
