I would rate zero star..what a pathetic service. I just paid for a monmer 200ml and I realised I don't have money for transport to go back to work. While I was still at the till I asked to take a smaller one 100ml in order for me to have money for Bolt. I was told I can not take a smaller one. Day light robbery, so I wasn't allowed to exchange while I was still in the store.

I'd want to express my gratitude to the Planet Nails Randburg personnel for the amazing service they provided me. Every time I visit the store, I am greeted with a smile and a loving heart. I've always been satisfied with the service I've received from your store.

I have no real complaints about the stock, as such, but the service is sometimes quite bad.. They will not entertain refunds, returns or exchanges OF ANY KIND; and just get snottier and more stubborn the more you hassle them - managers included. Honestly this is very dissapointing, because I personally love the products - good stuff of high quality for good prices, pity the people let them down.

Hate using this branch, a wanted to exchange a acrylic brush for another one, which wasn't put with the rest, with a R30 diff. The girls 2 of them was so confused as to how they going to reverse the transaction in order for me to take the brush they had hidden at the counter, that they couldn't help me. And I was forced to walk out without the product I actually wanted. This is such an easy transaction, but yet they can't help you. So pls customer ensure that you go thru that store with a magnifying glass, as the products are scattered everywhere before paying.

Alot of variety, the staff are very friendly and helpful.they stock a wide range and if they don't have what I need they are always keen to help me search. I get notified of specials via email. I like this store alot

The ladies here are so sweet and helpful! Always up for a quick chat or to share a tip or two, definitely not just to make a sale.

Bad service, I don’t understand what kind of a shop that can’t exchange products even if you’ve a till slip, I didn’t want money I just wanted an exchange now am forced to keep these things
