The long wait is definitely worth it. If you know exactly what you want they will be able to help you quicker. If they start stocking more jet in screws and all sizes I will change the 4 to a 5 star. Saving money is a guarantee.

No long queues and you can negotiate price

They have most of what one would expect a bolt 'n nut place in an industrial area to carry. Also some hardware. Prices are good too.

Service was absolutely poor poor poor. I waited in the queue with no one ahead of me for 20min, then what I did was call the receptionist from my mobile phone while standing in the queue for someone to come and attend to me only to be put on hold for 2 minutes with no answer eventually someone help me after standing in the queue for 25 minutes not cool, saving a few runs here and there is not worth the wait and waste of time to be attended to.

Most of the time u get what u need here
