Parow Valley Spar & Tops

Ok for most. You can definitely get the essentials. Unfortunately, there isn't many food alternative options for those with allergies so I can't eat anything there, but that's a normal problem. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I've visited Spar Parow Valley in 2005 through 2008 and my last visit this week has proved its owner is serious about business. New setup, cleanliness and service quality seems to be on point.

This store offers comvenience and has relatively good pricing. I also like its location and the fact that there are Atm's on the premises as well.

Besides a strange layout and very strict security I'd have to get used to, it's quite simply a Spar. Convenient and clean, no bells or whistles but you get what you go there for I guess. Not bad.
