I must say, I was a bit sceptical to make a purchase initially, but the sales staff were very helpful and reassuring. A big thank you to Josephine who had the patience and resolve to deal with me and source the correct items for my needs. I found partmasters to be truly professional, reliable and efficient. Although most of the items are generic replacements, original parts can be requested. I am satisfied with my purchase and my laptop is back to perfect working condition.
Excellent experience, Quotes, and responses are fast I even received a response on a Sunday evening - Service levels are almost too good to be true. Correct parts were received due to my providing adequate information and detail regarding my requirements. Items were priced well. Delivery is quick and convenient after payment is processed. Will certainly recommend this company.
I have had an appalling experience. First my Proof of Payment was requested twice and they would have received via the bank - so that had a POP for two weeks prior to my shipment coming through. They promised 2 - 4 days. They the battery was installed and found to be faulty. I asked for a refund including my installation fee - which they refused to entertain. Never apologised for the incorrect delivery. So in essence I lost both time and money using this company. In general, liaison with them was just unprofessional and frustrating.
Fast and professional service. From my phone call till receiving the battery for out Lap top took less than a day. What a great staff that assisted. Thanks guys you saved us
6 June Review: I think it is is important for the general public to understand I still don't have the refund offered in this reply. It is important to understand customer service and communication. If you don't have a part you don't wait a week to tell a client. On Friday 5th of June you promised a refund by COB. We are now going on Wednesday with NO refund in sight 2nd June Review I ordered a keyboard 10 May. I was so excited that I found a local company that could help me swiftly. After 9 days I physically went to the store, as I didn't hear back from them, only to be told the keyboard has been lying in the cupboard the whole time, nobody bothered to notify me to collect. I then paid a technician to install it, only to find out it is the wrong keyboard. I then went back to the store and was told between 2 and 4 days a news keyboard would arrive. Sadly a week later I had to go back to the physical store as "The manager" didn't bother replying, only to be told they don't even know about my order. Nobody in reception or back-of-house could be bothered to help me. I was then told I could get a refund. I don't want a refund! I want a keyboard I have been waiting for, for almost a month! The worst is NOBODY cares..customer service is NON-EXISTENT
Service was excellent from the telephone call to the actual visit at the store over the counter. From Yvonne to Nokuthula. Very good service Keep it up Like the way they knew what I needed and met the need. It was quick and efficient.
I bought a charger and battery. I'm really unhappy, sent back the battery when it wasn't working on the 24 of April now it's the 8th of may and no more responses to my emails. When you call there are excuses and no one helps. No response with regard to a refund either. Bad service, would not recommend in emergencies. Even with the delivery, I was mislead that the item was shipped even though it wasn't.
I wish I received the same service other reviewers experienced with this company. I messaged the branch on whatsapp for a replacement battery, they confirmed they had stock, I tell them to please keep it for me and I will be driving to them shortly. Before I departed my residence, I told them I will be there at a certain time and to please keep it for me, I see the agent comes online but does not respond to my messages. I get to their premises only to be told that they dont have it anymore, I drove 45 minutes to them and a simple message would've saved me from a futile trip. I wish there was a zero star option.
Ferndale office nice as open on Saturdays for collection saving you delivery charge , Kyle was unable to invoice me directly as server or their accounting system not working but said will said will send my proof of payment and invoice paid on Monday. Mmapaseka sent invoice and the receipt on Monday. Good prompt service.
Product prices are great. Staff know their products. I was assisted by Yvonne and her service really deserves the 5 stars, I've given.
