Would highly recommend!! We hired the jumping castle and soft toy set. So much value! The kids had a blast. Lots of fun. Due to sickness we had to postpone our initial party. Rushka went out of her way and was so kind and generous to let use everything we hired on the new date. We had a wonderful birthday party!

I hired one of their package deals for my daughter's 2nd birthday last year and their service was excellent! You get so much value for your money and the little ones loved the entertainment! Please note the don't deliver or collect so make your own arrangements.

The Best place to hire kids stuff from. Friendly staff, they keep their word and awesome customer service! My 7year old daughter hired a jumping castle from them of the monies she saved during the year, she saved R10 every week. Total was R550 end of November. The lady of Party Characters was so impressed by her, she gave her R200 discount of the total amount of R350 for the jumping castle. She then only paid R150 for the jumping castle for a full weekend! She could buy her another doll of the discounted money lol. Awesome service. I would recommend them to anyone

Excellent service and pricing. Balls in ball pond not the nice bright colours due to being sanitised so used my own balls but nevertheless the kiddies loved it and all the soft play items.

I Hired the soft toys, jumping castle tables and chairs etc, it was awesome and kids had a fabulous fun time. My son was still playing on soft toys the next day
