The customer service is very poor,the security guard treats customers as children and with no respect.She told clients not to sit down bcoz the area is reserved for eldely clients and people with disabilities when there was no client of that nature in the queue.Batho Pele principles are dead. The puplic rest room are a sickness to people not even in a usable state.it is so disturbing that u visit that place and u are expected to wait in the queue for more that 3 hours and rest rooms aren't on a condition to be used,while cleaners are walking up and down.The repspective home affairs manangers please ensure that point of services within all branches are in a state of being used by citizens.Umgeni road home affairs should be closed down if cant me maintained to the condition of living the Batho Pele principles,to mentioned just 1:Putting people first!!!
