Pastel Masters - Pastel Accounting Training, Bookkeeping and Payroll

Whatever you do, avoid this company at all costs. I purchased their computer essentials and online essentials courses for my mother. They told me they start at 8 in the morning and break at 3 in the afternoon. The courses were supposed to be 2 days for computer essentials and another day for online essentials. On day one they sent my mother home after 2 hours after showing her how to find a recipe online and saving it to notepad. On day 2 they sent her home after one hour and taught her nothing at all saying that the training was over. My mother does not know basic things such as what is an icon, where is the desktop, what is an internet browser and working with different windows. When I complained they said they asked my mother what it was she wanted to do on the computer. Why do you have a course curriculum if you are going to let the student who does not know what is possible to do on a computer decide the curriculum? It is the equivalent of me signing up for a video editing course and them sending me home after having showed me how to use notepad. Thankfully they agreed to refund the online essentials course because my mother never started that course. I would argue she never did the computer essentials course either, however, apparently it does not count if you know how to search for a recipe online. I would have given them less than one star if it was possible. Do not trust anything this company tries to sell you.
