Exceptional Service - 30 Dec’22 I Purchased.a four seater outdoor lounge set including delivery today Sat 31st . After the guy’s left I noticed a chip and some scratches on two of the chairs. I called the branch, they asked me to send some photos and they returned the same day to swap the damaged pieces. Great service considering the time of year. We have been supporting PW for about 8 or 9 years now and always offer a great range and friendly service.

I have bought from them before and did again today. Page helped me find everything I need, the process was simple and easy. The warehouse guys where friendly and the entire experience was really great.

This store has the most amazing and friendly staff. The store is perfectly situated in Umhlanga. A wide variety of the latest furniture. Good deals and extremely well priced for the quality. It's a huge store and it hosts a little cafe on the inside with the sweetest host. Tyron was amazing with his product knowledge and excellent customer service.

Terrific salesman , poor service once item was bought. Manager very Rude. Delivery staff rude and incompetent. Was told to bribe the delivery men to carry our goods. Manager told me to use my car to carry the outdoor furniture we bought ! Manager very rude and abrupt over the phone! Still waiting for a call back from another manager.
