Paul's Muesli

The prices and products are fantastic... I'm thankful for their help in getting me what I needed, hence the 3 stars. But they definitely lack in customer service.. Some constructive criticism: 1. You can pickup, but they take cash only. Else you have to go through the process of invoice, etc. I understand it's for bulk clients, but other factory shops have Yoco's... And the financial manager has to check the bank account to authorize your payment, and if he's in meetings, you're outta luck. Perhaps payment notifications to reception/sales/cust service? 2. Receptionist couldn't wait to get off the phone, got annoyed by me calling twice. Everything I said was "ya" and she said "okay bye" WHILE I was talking...thrice! Consider urging on better phone manners. 3. Went in to collect, was given the run around. No one knew about my order. Only 1 person did and it took a while before everything was cleared. Best to have shared order, confirmation, receipt, completed list so everyone's on the same page
