Good complex but the rooms and very small no garden no swimming pool is just a big community it think the body cooperate just value money more than humans.but security wise is excellent.
Very neat place and quiet most of the time, you wouldn’t tell that there are plenty of units.
The apartments are nice. Just that they don't have any play areas for kids so you'll find a lot of kids in the roads. I think that's the only thing I didn't like. The security is top notch though!

The security is super rude. There is so much cockroaches what does it help if I try to clean or get them out if the people next or above me doesn't. Loadshedding You gonna be happy if alteast had it 3 times a month.There was always jungle play grounds and stuff now there's nothing.The kids is breaking it down and u not allowed to wash ur car EVEN.It was a fun place but now I don't know.
It’s so terrible . You go for days with no electricity and no one takes accountability. Clothes get stolen from the washing line and they tell you there’s nothing the body Corp can do to fix the problem . Very disappointing.. nice from far ..
It's smart, safe and a nice neighborhood
Maintenance is very poor the owner just squashing money without thinking of maintenance the blocks and pathway
