We stood for a while without any help, the minute a bed was allocated that is when we were told there's no doctor. On top of waiting, dustbin were placed directly next to patient's bed and flies were all over. The male nurse gave us wrong instructions which worsened the matter at hand. The condition of the hospital is really deteriorating by the minute.

I feel like an uninvited guest in this hospital. My son got admitted yesterday, in paeds ward and the staff in there is just negligent. I haven't had a sister or nurse who came to check if the child is okay, the one who asked me, asked me on the corridor on my way to the bathroom whether are we okay or not. My son had probes connected to him but the machine was off, he ran a temperature and they told me to undress him because he had winter pj's and said they'll bring a summer gown... I had to remind them after an hour the child was naked. The food was also horrible, this is so far the worst experience at a private hospital. The nurses should stop having friends over at their workplace and then they can lend us 5min of their time. Oh never mind the doctor who came 7hrs after being notified that the child has a temperature and tachycardia of 246. This is a disgrace
The hospital Nurses in ICU do not have compassion with patients families, they do not have calling for the job. They do not have direct lines for specific departments, one has to go through reception first before connecting to the relevant department telephonically, which is a waste of time and people's airtime. They take long time to communicate to the family members about their patient changing conditions more especially ICU Nurses. They are heartless. i personally feel that the hospital is totally incompetent than other hospitals and even Pelonomi public is better than Private.
Worst place to get your medication we've been here since 7am but still nothing seems to be moving and now it's 12:30 we're still here i don't know when will they start to attend us
Horrible service, If I could it would be a -5 out of 5. Gross neglecting of patients needs. No patience or respect for the elderly. Definitely not on hospital standards
It's a 50/50 situation. Sometimes the service is great and the staff is helpful - other times not so much.
The security lady was very friendly and helpful
