Penguin Pools

Great time at Parow Pools, I was so scared of long lines so I was there before 8am. Maybe its just the weather today, but it was great not more than 50 people I think. Kids had a ball of a time.

The pool opened at around 10am, scenery was good, filled up fast, after an hour they said it was full, loadshedding hit at 2pm till 4pm so everyone had to get out of the pool. Those that stayed could swim until 5pm and then home time. If you need to get anything in your car and you have already paid, when you come back you need to pay again , luckily the person by the counter told me I have 1 minute to come back. A normal small sized chips, R40.. No extras. Overall I don't see myself going back. The staff is friendly tho.

Very clean pool. The staff are friendly and run the pool efficiently. The corporation from the metro police creates an orderly environment to have a lovely family day out. Get there early as the max cap is 400.

Very well kept, beautiful trees, pools are sparkling clean. Staff is friendly and polite, but firm when it comes to safety. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Everyone swims in any shorts, ragged tops over bathers. Life guards need to be told an instruction via the intercom. The venue looks nice but inside it's chaos.

Hi,we had a church outing yesterday and wow...what an amazing clean and neat place...from the grounds, toilets,pools just overall. All the staff were só friendly and it was so relaxing...lovely shade and a tranquil atmosphere. Keep it up and well done.....5 stars indeed!!!

Nice experience, lots of lifeguards on duty, nice kiosk on site. I paid R27 for 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. Definitely worth it.

Proper rules in place. Regular announcements regarding rules. Good way of enforceing the rules. Lifeguards on duty. Good place for the whole family to visit any time. There is a pool for the little ones and bigger people. I wil go there again.

Surroundings are nice but you have to wait for load-shedding to be done in order to swim , which is a waste of time. No smoking allowed while sitting openly too.

I was very disappointing in your service of rules wthell no running, smoking, splashing,diving, pass outs and cutting knife no guys it's not a free place we pay to be there so please change what ever your guys doing. Thank you very much
