Service was excellent and extremely efficient. Helpful and available for all my naive questions.  When i travel again, definately only one place i will go to make my bookings.

My mom went today to find out prices and a lady told her that she could not help her cus she was a temp and the prices change all the time! How can you just have a temp on duty???
