The store requires you to sanitise before entering. It stocks a variety of products such as school wear, home goods, ladies wear, kids clothing, mens wear and shoes at an affordable price. You can also find cell phone products and open view decoders here. They stock stationery and some kitchenware too.
Always a pleasurable experience. All the staff super friendly and very helpfull
This PEP has a solid team that gives customers an exceptional service. I have been there alsmost every day since March sending parcels via Paxi. The team is always smiling greeting customers and cheerful. This is not easy considering the way the shop is busy with long queues almost every day. Management please give this team a pat on the back. Keep it up team.
Parking is not really safe.. like don't leave ur valuable in car visible might they break ur window for it. Inside the mall u will get pic n pay and pep.

Went into PEP Goodwood and decided to buy a phone . I did not have original ID with me but did have copy of ID , Drivers , Business cards , library card , even my PEP card and told the staff all I want is the hand set not a new sim so ricca should not be a problem but the useless unfriendly and unhelpful staff did not want to help me . PEP Stores is really a pathetic place to try and buy anything and have no clue how to assist clients , but its their loss as I will now buy from someone that wants to sell to the public . Avoid PEP , the service is pathetic .
