I finally managed to visit the store after months of making time. I got there a few minutes before closing and was pleasantly helped by a gentlemanforgot his name I didn't mind leaving the unit there for the weekend but he quickly made a plan and fixed the motor. I even purchased additional drops. Highly recommend their products and great customer service.

Excellent service received. My 10 month old bliss purifier blew, emailed to ask where it can be fixed, they then sent me a new one. Can’t go without my air purifier
