Products are of inferior quality and incorrectly marked. I bought circular knitting needles and a zip that carried the Perl trim label and was highly disgusted. The zip length was shorter as indicated on the label. The circular knitting needles that bought for my wife was unusable to her, the plastic part that connects the metal needles was so badly done that my wife could not get the wool to slide over the needle and plastic joint. Although the products are priced lower it is not worth saving the couple of cents rather purchase another product. The company was willing to exchange the product but it still does not justify the effort and the travel time to do the exchange, as they will supply you with the same inferior quality product.
