Not your average petshop. Large. Well stocked. Beautiful presentation. As with all pet shops one can only wonder, hope, pray that the animals sold are responsibly sourced. It would be great if the owner can take a position in that regard.

when i was at store i was helped by the owner.. very friendly and very helpfull he maid double sure that he asked all the right question so that he could assist me. i would definitly recomend this store to any pet owner

The experience was lovely got to fall in love with all the pet fishes I saw the but I had to choose which to take with me,I love them all I'll definitely go back for another visit

Great pet supply shop. Won't break the bank and they have supplies for exotic pets too. They also have a lot of pets to choose from. Great bird display at the back. This is my go to place for Guinea pig food.

They helped me with one of my Butterfly KOI. They Placed it in Quarantine for me and with care and love it totally recovered. VERY HIGHLY APPRECIATED. So impressed. John and the staff is always willing to help. Thxs Bought a lot of large Koi and other fish from someone that was sick. Lost a lot of them. John, Jean and the owner did everything they could to help me. Even come from Jhb branch to assist me. They really go out of their way to help. GREAT SERVICE. Thank you!!!
