Very relaxing friendly staff and good value for money

It was a little more expensive than some of the other places, 900 rand for two, it was good for us since we missed our flight and the gentleman was there to help us out and also provided free shuttle service too and from the airport. The convenience factor plays heavily into my rating.  The room was simple with a double bed and a mediocre bathroom.  The AC worked well and the property was gated and secure and a lot of time and effort went into it to make it nice.

Fabulous place! Petra Lodge is simply one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited! The staff were so kind and friendly.. The lodges are very clean and comfortable, the service is excellent, the food and desert were DELICIOUS and the view and atmosphere are just Amazing! I rate them a straight five stars and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends  Keep it up guys!

We had a last minute booking and they were very friendly and helpful. Even managed to get a delicious mac and cheese for supper. Next day we were also assisted with printing of documents we needed.  All staff very friendly and assisting with everything we needed.  Thanx a lot!

Only gave them 1star because I had too. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I don't know where those good reviews came from because this place is not 1 star worthy. The wifi they have sucks unless you are literally at the front of the hotel. The food was mediocre, need to make a local call well it will costs you R5 per minute. The sheets were badly stained, room smelled funny. The good thing is that the grounds are kept very clean. DO NOT STAY HERE IT'S  A P.O.S

Good neat n nice place to sleep for a transit. WiFi dint work, the dint work. It don't make a big difference to me because I was just there to sleep overnight to catch my next flight. For transit passengers, good value for money. They have free breakfast n shuttle every hour to the aiport.. good staff too. Its at a 15 min drive from airport.

Not recommended at all no light in the bath room previous occupants dirty food containers still in room asked for coffee was told it would be brought but never happend and the water pressure in the shower is just about non existent shower has no door this was unit no 8

Made it to the airport safely. Was my first time and night stay in Africa. Alarms went off at 3:00 am and I was awake the whole night. Was advised by staff at the airport that this hotel was at the airport. It is not. Was a little worried to find the door lock broken and scratches in the paint that looked like it had been forced open previously. Friendly staff but wouldn't advise it to anyone traveling from abroad. You never know in Africa. Safe is better then sorry.

The racism here was over the top and our music was being cut off as if we didnt pay for a party. Police were called on us and the rooms didnt have neither lights nor hot water available

The first thing I loved about Petra Lodge is it's homely settings. The grounds neatly kept and so clean. The staff is very friendly, efficient. Service is good, rooms are spacious.
