Petroport Tsitsikamma

We usually stop to get something to eat before we hit the road. The scenery of the bridge is breathtaking. We also saw a few birds. We could sit on the porch and eat as they were busy renovating.

Good day. I travel to Port Elizabeth from Knysna quite regularly and ALWAYS stop at the Petroport for a break to have a toilet break, stretch our legs and have coffee and something to eat. We love the shop, Mugg & Bean and the service at the petrol station itself but the toilets are shocking. For such a busy stop, with many tourists, I would have thought that the rest rooms would have been fixed up and been modernised. They are really not nice.

Some rude old white man with grey hair, wearing a Total uniform holding tools chased me out of a shop as I had my 2 small dogs on a leash. Told him I just wanted to order and then I’ll wait outside. That wasn’t good enough for his attitude. Being treated like this, I left and will never stop here again.

Decent garage. Mug and bean/steers are here too. Clean toilets also a plus

Nice and clean with awesome views! Definitely considder to add this stop to your road trip. The view of the bridge is breathtaking and very insightful. I enjoyed our visit here.

As you stop the staff is ready to welcome you. MUG AND BEAN COFFEE WAS GOOD.The filling stations shop is well stock with ice cold drinks.The bathrooms were cleane .Nice place to stretch your legs

Always a refreshing stop, from the mugg&bean with a nice selection of vegetarian/vegan selections , steers and the biltong place, you could get everything you need with one stop and carry on with your journey, the one thing they could work on is the toilets, it's just bad.

The water facility here isn’t that great. It looks brown and very little stream. Th bathrooms at this garage station is not very hygienic as well. Sticky floors, poor lighting and doesn’t smell great. There is a rest area behind the bathrooms that have great views of the bridge though. Can definitely visit to get some landscape views of the mountains and the bridge.

Brilliant stop. Beautiful scenery. Steers, Mug & Bean and biltong shop on-site. Toilet facilities are shocking. Toilets don't work, leak and aren't clean. It's been like this for a good few years. I think it's time to revamp.
