Today I got the worst service from pick n pay Westonaria the lady named Ester Jele she refused to give me a cash back, and also refused to help with the smart shopper card, she was so rude even the supervisor was also rude, I won't let this one slide until action is taken. We can't be treated like trash with our own money, something must happen.

Very Poor and am in control attitude by the tills. Take them to Pick N Pay On Nicol Randburg to learn what is customer service. Anywhere next time I will rather eat by the Taxi rank if am hungry

I just have a question. Why having a till by cigarette counter while it's forever close? If u need airtime,voucher or cigarette u have to stand long ques for that. Why?

My favorite store by far for the past +-40 years. I never had to look somewhere else for products. Thanks Pick n Pay

Limited products, management not very good with customer care. Sigaret counter never open to public. It is planting season and they have extremely limited seeds available. No fertilizer... No potting soil. Also no low carb or health foods available. Do not honour advertising and prices. Prices absent from shelves. Management not helpful.

They sell 250g rotisserie chicken for R25. 99 but won't accept your money... lucky for some

The greatest pick n pay I've been in by far. So clean, presentations of products is on point. Staff's service is amazing and very professional. Cooked food is like home meals. Love it.

It's a safe n clean place security is on the spot n the staff Roger Big up to the manager
