Phendukani is a High School in Madadeni which provides inclusive education, hence Phendukani Full Service High School. It was founded in 1996 by Mrs C. L. Dube as the first principal who was later succeeded by Mr B. M. Kubheka, the current principal, who worked hard to transform it to an inclusive school. The name,"Phendukani ''is an iSiZulu name meaning, "Be transformed, people"'
