Bad communication skills. I took a day off and drove 160km just to find that the suit we had agreed on had "just been sold," yet no efforts were made to inform me timeously, instead, I was offered hideous Yellow and Red suits instead of the vintage Navy I was gunning for.
The Service is great, the suits are out of this world, it's worth a visit strictly per appointment
