Nice clean rooms, some updates needed especially the bathroom. Had a comfortable night stay. Staff is friendly however a bit slow in attending to guests.Rooms: 3/5
Beds were . The Oven was not clean in the room I was in. Not allowed to take your rooms set of keys with you when leaving to enjoy the country regardless of the length of your stay. Shower head in the room was at eye level . Easy access to the main road. Free Wifi.
It was a beautiful place to stay but wish that the following could be improved: The mattress needs to be changed, we slept in a luxury room no 5 with a window that has non working mechanism so my first night wasn't that good, we had bath towels on the first day only, our kettle couldn't switch off so when it boils you need to be closer or else had to wipe off the floor as it spilled water. It will be very nice to fumigate on regular basis seeing cockroaches wasn't nice at all. The cleaning material used in the dining hall was sticky if you can please change into something user friendly as well. There was only cold water in room 6 basin. The water in the bath tub was so nice and hot, loved the fact that we didn't run out of hot water. I further wish to complement the staff for their friendliness, complements to the chef for the nice breakfast as well. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to my South African buddies. Thank you
It's a perfect place to stay after being on the roads of Lesotho for a couple of days! The rooms were super clean and the staff made sure we were comfortable! It is outside the city, so if you need to get into town, be sure to leave with plenty of time, as there was construction which made traffic a headache!
Would not stay there again rooms where neat and clean but did not have kettle or even cups. No control for Aircon.Rooms: 2/5
We booked accomodation at Phomolo early this year and we were so dissapointed. Firstly, the rooms were not clean enough, worst thing our items were stolen in our rooms while we were out during the day, we managed to get them from reception office when we went there to lodge a complaint! And when we thought we had enough! A party session was held in the yard by people from outside and we were never consulted about it! We just saw pelople coming in and setting up their music system and cars blocking the entrance! People were all over the yard with loud music being played! I will never book at that place again...i had a nasty stay there!!!
The night guard was very helpful, but he is stressed out by the owner. Overall the comfort rooms are nice but the rest is not.Rooms: 2/5
