The store is clean and stock is mostly available, especially sale items. There are many tills meaning that you don't spend a lot of time on standing on the queues. Food is also fresh on the deli. There's ice cream stall available at the door as well. I am not happy with the trollies as they are too old and they get stucked meaning that you end up spending more time of the isles trying to maneuver around. The staff is also very helpful as well.

Great service from Pearl N at Spar Phola Mall Kwamhlanga. She really assisted me very well by letting me know about a certain special and having a smile on her throughout the tiring questions that I kept on asking. I'll keep shopping there.

The mall is fine but I spent 2600 in that mall and always when I need to go to the bathroom there are no tissues, must we use our hands instead of a toilet paper,or should we bring our own toilet paper.

Extension 10 is after the bridge i think google maps need improvement because it shows you to the bridge and you can't jump with a car

They provide the best service. But it is very congested place
