Sandton shop double charged me perhaps by mistake, but both staff there had terrible attitude. The manager wasn't there. Only found out I was overcharged when I decided to print more at the Rosebank store very friendly staff. Called Brett from headoffice and he helped sort things out within a few minutes. Thank you for fixing a mistake so efficiently and professionally, otherwise I would never print at FotoFirst again, not being able to trust the staff that work there.
A special thanks to Sibusiso for the great service. I did my printing of 21 images in under 5min and he applied a Pro rate for me. I've been to many other stores but this was the friendliest and fastest service I received. Thank you Sibusiso
