The room was not clean and didn't have enough space even when I called and reserved a room with a sleeper coach. The receptionist didn't even have the nerve to let me know that the room I requested has already been taken only to find that out after I had paid my accommodation fee. If I had enough time would have opted to find alternative accommodation. Worst place I have been in Rooms: Room is falling apart, from the entrance door to the bathroom, no ventilation what so ever

The service was exceptional from booking,which was handled by Richard,then the booking was confirmed by Phumla.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed buy sesi Bongekile, and she showed us our roomsthey are soo big,also accomodated the kids with a sleeper couch,the environment is so clean and beautiful.Everyone was so friendly, its a good place which has a homely feeling,especially for a family

The nicest, cleanest, safe place for students... it's a home away from home. The administration is also efficient, and able to assist, they are always there for our children. I am glad that we chose them to receive their service

Doesn't have aircorn and the room I was in didn't have a bar fridge even though others do have them

Spacious rooms with enough space to move around with clean linen, friendly staff. A place to be love it
