One thing that stood out for me is the friendly staff and the service is bliss. I had a back, neck, and shoulder massage topped off with a facial and cups. My body is thanking me for this experience and I feel like I've woken up from 3 days of sleep.

The booking process was very simple over the phone, Location very easy to find with ample parking. Atmosphere was very calming and we were well received and given a chance to relax before our treatments, and what a treat it was, our therapists Odille and Coco were fantastic and we felt so pampered and relaxed. We will definitely be making this a regular visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

Let me firstly say that the therapists were excellent however I booked 2 indulgent pedi's for my daughter's birthday, wanting her to have her first spa experience Shabala has always been a treat but we were put in the front room which may as well have been in reception with all the other therapists constantly coming into the room doing stuff I think it's a universal storage room?. Needless to say the experience didnt match the expectation and was a bit of a let down. The therapists are excellent though.

From the moment you walk through the door at Shambala, you immediately feel calm and peaceful. The atmosphere is perfect. Subdued lighting, beautiful smells of aromatic oils and a gentlel quietness, all make for a feeling of stillness. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and very competent. You can just relax, you are in safe hands. Everyone should treat themselves to the Shambala experiance. You will leave feeling wonderful.

I love going to Shambala over the years., but when I called today to find out about the Mother's day special , I was helped by a rather rude receptionist. I did get her name but will not reveal it on here.Her tone was down right condescending and it sounded as if she was irritated by me. I am a very friendly person and manners means the world to me. This is very off putting and will make me think twice before I call your front desk again .

My sister treated me to a massage, and it was such a delightful experience! The entire ambiance is one of peace and tranquillity, and the ladies really know how to give an amazing massage. Simply wonderful!

They have the most beautiful hosting skills. The Staff is professional and patient. They have affordable packages and frequent specials /promotions for one to afford luxury lifestyle.

We did a couples massage for 60 mins....The staff members are so nice the jacuzzi was amazing I would recommend it.... 10 out of 10...for both me and my husband
