Picardi Rebel's Head Office-Cape Town

On Sunday, 10 October 2019, i walked into Picardi Rebel at 13h55, which is suppose to shut there doors at 14h00, only to find the security door closed. When i inquired why they are closed, i was informed it was 14h00, which it was not. I asked to purchase a bottle of whiskey and were informed, they have already done there cash up. Now i know cash ups, takes at least 10 minutes to do, so they must have cashed up much earlie. Tge lady was not prepared to help me. This is not tge first time i have had bad service at this store. I will never ever support Picardi Rebel again. You might have lost one customer, which means nothing to you but one becomes 2 and so on and so on.

Website still doesnt work and its been a year since I last tried to use the website to place a order. Ended up having to phone head office to place my order. Spoke to someone who said I must just send my address, my order and proof of payment and my order will be delivered today.I sent all those details, made payment and sent POP. Im now told I must wait for payment to reflect before they send out my order. I told them then rather let me know which branch the product I want is at and I will go pick it up with cash and they can refund my eft once it reflects. No response and I was communicating via whatsapp with one of the employees.
