For several years we have come on the weekend for our weekly shop. On each visit, one of your managers Donovan , has made an exceptional effort to be polite, friendly and helpful with each query and complaint and order. Over the years, he has also noted our names, information we have shared, checking in genuinely on each time we have seen him. This weekend was yet again exceptional, remembering I was due with twins and noting we hadn't been in for 2 weeks. So we explained we had the twins and they were in ICU. He was empathetic, supportive and just the perfect representation for you, for a personal but professional manager. I have achieved several Ritz Carlton Customer Service Training certificates in Washington, in the USA and the core of it, is certainly personal but professional, memorable service, making each 1 customer feel like the special one. Donovan embodies this...please pass on our gratitude to him and his line managers, because for all the shopping options available, he is the reason we keep coming back to your store. If you looking for a well run business this is it. I have heard they are listed as one of the top 10 Pick&Pay shops in the country. Very friendly and helpful Managers always onsite and available. Till points always full with helpful staff, you cant get better fast service than this place.
THE best Pick n Pay by far! Love this PnP, friendliest staff, right through the ranks. Always have everything we are looking for, with a fantastic butchery, and meat selection. Always happy to drive the extra distance to go to this PnP
We've been shopping here for years, and it really feels like a family and community-run business. Donovan - one of the managers, is always helpful and attentive. Yesterday we had to return a product that had gone off and the owner and management were extremely accommodating. They also have a fantastic bakery.
The sushi is divine, was such a treat. Made a loadshedding eve special. Staff friendly with excellent managers, shelves well stocked, clean. Regular specials available. Renewal of motor licenses done there. Car guards well manared.
Pizza order section. Don't expect any form of service. Rude bunch. Probably learnt from management or no guidance. If you like pizza with way too much cheese the expect more. They don't really know how to make pizza so they just load cheese. Total wastage. Just a bad experience.
The perfect Pick n Pay to do a weekly shop at. Not too busy but plenty on offer. Great bakery section and friendly staff
The name says it all. "Family" is right. A bakery to die for, my wife and I love the cream doughnuts freshly baked. Fresh bread of various kinds especially great selection of different types of rye bread. Just about everything else you could look for. One of the few places we can find Authentikos Greek yogurt in coconut flavor oops now I've given our secret away:-. You have to give it a try.
The most friendly & helpful staff. Always happy to listen & go out of their way to satisfy your shopping requirements.
This place is rasist. I'm black and when I was buying liquor they kicked me out saying that there were more important customers, who were all white by the way. I'm so over how we treat each other in this country. I ended up going to a bar.
