Pick N Pay Greenfields

This pick n pay's service at the tills is becoming more and more ridiculous over the last few months. Staff prefers chatting to customers and each other and taking very long to help the next customers regardless how long the queue is. This morning they had one working speed point to share between all the tills. Always something wrong when going there

I went to buy 3 items this morning and return a pkt of choc, I bought 2 pkts but only needed 1 for my baking decorations so I have the right to return it. I still had my slip. The cashier helping me showed her colleagues what I was returning and they all laughed at me. I was so embarrassed and ashamed for returning it... I feel this is disgusting on their part. Please can this be addressed.

It has everything one can think of. What a convenient store. Keep up the good work. Will always do my shopping here.

Always helpful and friendly and clean the prices are also there fruit and veggie combos are fresh and always with a variety to pick from even right through to the tills all the staff are so friendly and go out there way to help you with beautiful patients I always thought they where a expensive supermarket and out my league but I was so wrong the quality and prices and service is up there. THANK YOU FOR BRINGING IT TO US POORER AND LOWER CLASS FOLKS it makes us feel worth in these times and also deserving .

Visiting the Chemist in this Mall is such a pleasure. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Quite a great amount of options to choose from. This includes produce as well, where you have standard fruit and vegetables or having the prepared, sliced options for on-the-go.

Somehow I'm let down by my visits to PnP Greenfields. Customer service is bad. There is no get up and go. Pricing is not of the best. Yet store is not arranged properly, not in a very clean state. For the price we paying one would expect far better service. Maybe because there is no competition. Only spar.
