Pick n Pay

For pick n pay I am absolutely dissatisfied.. from their store layout and location of their products. Does not provide for ease of movement and shopping. Their cashiers are clueless about most things ‍ It's a mess. Pick n pay can do better. Their store plan is not well thought of and it comes across as being condescending to the township, as other stores look absolutely perfect to the T.

I generally do have much issues with Pick and pay but more the complex amd the security. I am a regular Customer, I shop 5 times a week here. The parking is a nightmare, and the security personnel only let "people they know" in the premises. I have questioned this many times and i never get a straight answer. There are always parking spots inside but they tell you its full and you see someone else being opened for.

Great, kept clean at all times and they try to offer good service understanding that month end is difficult time due to overcrowding but overall I'm at ease visiting the store

The cashiers don't greet customers when paying for groceries or essentials they lack customer service they need to learn how to treat customers from other branches other than that it's neat and you can buy groceries and other essentials

It needs competition around it.reason for lower prices fresh snowball cakes ,fresh sliced cakes. Actually their bakery have to be on their toes remove old stuff check shelf life.

It's a very busy complex. No need to go there if you're impatient

The Pick n Pay here just doesn't do it for me. I am sorry. I understand it's in a small complex that has to accommodate all the people living around it but yoh! My issue with it right now, is how crowded it gets. The queues become so long and there is little to no social distancing at all. I really wish they can find a way to make sure that people keep a safe distance, so that we don't bump into each other. The cashiers are really trying their best to work at a quick pace but the service does get slow at times. So, If you are in a rush, I wouldn't recommend coming here but if you have the time, then you can come here. Please note‼I am not sure if it gets crowded everyday or its just now, since its the beginning of the month and some people recently got their money. Butttt let's look at the positives The good thing is that their food was fresh. I bought bread there and it was so delicious and I also got some chicken which I really enjoyed.

A family friendly Mall , to be honest security is good , food outlets are there too
