Pick 'n Pay Modimolle

Staff at the water refill station/ bakery really do need customer service training. It's the second time I've had an employee talking to me in a manner I do not appreciate as a customer or should I rather say screamed at. I stood in a line for 5 minutes waiting for someone else to refill his 1x 10L bottle with nothing being told, yet as when I'm busy refilling 2 minutes down the line I'm being told to hurry up I'm wasting time. Like really? How quick could someone refill 2x 20L bottles ? It's pathetic how people treat customers like this whilst being employed whereas when jobs aren't available It's the same people burning down places. Please train your people in service and respect for all ages and races !

Today, Thursday 7th October. I could see that the management are really trying to keep up with new ideas, keep prices low, and friendly staff. We'll done. You made me feel like I was in the city again, and spoilt for choice. BAKERY and DELI, very nice and fresh. Keep it up.

Great shop for past minute groceries on your way to your holiday destination.

The public bathrooms use an old system of coins that are not readily available. This wastes valuable traveling time trying to find the right type of coins having to walk up and down between the shop and the bathroom facilities.

Somewhat rural and yet stocks all the necessities for a happy camper

It's the 3rd time I bought meat from their butchery that is not fresh and smell very bad. I am very disappointed! I am a weekly customer.
