The lines fir the tills are always too long. 10 am and I had to wait 20 mins just to buy milk. Only 4 tils open and there is a bunch of staff just standing around. Every single time there is an unreasonably long wait. Management should use some of that profit to open more tills!! This place is so busy. The worst pnp I have been to.
My go to place for my daily household needs. For such a small shopping center, this super market also has clothing department. I think their merchandising technique works well for them, the store is so open and it's so easy to find stuff around. The consultants are always welcoming and ready to assist and ao are the cashiers, they rarely forget to great and I like that a lot.
It doesn't get too full so the lines are always bearable. The in-house chef is amazing, the food has never disappointed. I always look forward to their boerwors days!
Since this store has become a 'head office' store, we are experiencing stale cakes, limited stock, pathetic specials..not so special. Dramatic price increases and poor butchery. Lambton is a far superior go- to store.
Management was extremely rude. Very limited selection of basic vegetables. No free range eggs available for months. Fortunately Checkers and SPAR are close and convenient.
Staff don't care about customer's time. Never ever had a quick in and out even when just buying bread. Constant loiterers in the parking lot makes you feel unsafe
I make the mistake of returning because it's 750m from my house. It's never worth it. This has nothing to do with the change of ownership, they've been consistently pathetic for 7 years.
Disappointed at how this place has dropped their standard. The staff look tired too. Drop from a very well stocked and friendly place to not go there unless you are desperate....
It was ok but they keep changing the cold meats and bread to different areas and in some areas lighting is not working . It's OK to get your daily items but doesn't have big variety
No stock and assistance manager doesn't work nice with merchandise. I don't like the way he spoke to them.
