Pier 14 is Port Elizabeth’s oldest and only themed lifestyle shopping centre.

Formerly known as the Constantia Centre in the 70s and 80s, the recently refurbished Pier 14 is owned and managed by GRITprop Investments (Pty) LTD.

Situated on the major bus and taxi routes, close to the revamped CBD and Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, it is perfectly positioned for convenient shopping en route to nearby attractions.

One of the oldest shopping centres in Gqeberha still providing good services with a variety of stores available to the consumers.
This is a good and convenient shopping space but I still feel like the need more shops like Dischem and maybe a food court together with other relevant shops to create a higher sense of relevance. More parking space will also be highly appreciated.
The guy at parking kiosk on top floor very unfriendly. I had to get out of my car to pay because he refuse to get of his chair .
Small and nice but the taxi conductors at the entrance yhooo the liquor entrance they even grab your plastics
Still the same mall I'm used to,no upgrade or any sort of renovation for almost a decade, only 1 functional elevator, anyways it's a good place for shopping needs
Escalators are not working. Lifts look dodgy and unkempt, just not a place where I would go again.
Aparently we were not supposed to take pictures, but we did anyway.
Very claustrophobic in some shops, but it has many varieties. Stores and public area can be improved for hygiene. The top floor has beautiful décor.
It's nice but there's a lot of thiefs standing by
Lots of shops have closed and there are limited options. Would not suggest going here during paydays or sassa days.
