Bad service. My gyser is leaking thet replace it 18/09/2018 started to leak the sraff came to see what the problem was and they told you lodge this claim in 2018 and they replaced you with a 2010 model i was very surprised because i knows nothing about geysers they refuse to replace me with the one i was supposed to get also telling me they do not replace geysers they foward me a quotation of R10.000 im unemployed and a pensioner my yard is wet geyser is leaking now they telling me the geyser was not heating they repair that but refused to repair the leaking they insit.i.put my own geyser a cancer patient thsts a lie if there employees did not tell me this is sn old geyser om woman alone my ladder 2 strong man can carry it but not me i fid not study to be a plumber thank you.bad service i will not recommend anybody to them and im not even sorry for them

I had a very bad experience with you guys. I had to call every morning to find out what was going to happen for that day. The workers did not use the intercome at my home and would call their office for me to call home for them to open the gate. This became a very irritated, because I made provision for someone to be home during the time of their job. Even the amount of the job done, wow, what a shocker! I blame myself though, should have rather waited for a quote for the job but then I was very despirate for the job to be done. So my rating is a 1. Hope I never have to make use of of your services!
Excellent service even during load shedding. The Geyser was fixed in no time without testing and the price was reasonable.
