The service here is very poor. They treat you like a beggar asking for spare change. I hope I never have to go back again.
Phone was ringing, and they simply put it down without answering. This after the parcel tracker says I received my 'first notification' of my parcel, but I did not. All I wanted was to know if I could pick it up?? Just answer the phone. Please.
poor service. they always have complications on the inside.went for 3 days in a row without getting help.
Too packed and service is very very poor, they let old people stand in the long queue for hours without any care to what happened to them. Some have diabetes, high blood pressure and they don't have food while they waiting for their grants. It's disgusting really.
I have a parcel that they have received on the 03/10/2020. they never pick up their calls. I dont know how Elvis the manager manages that office seeing that no one is ever available for assistance. Welcome to SA!
The experience in landros mare post office is unbearable I went there to look for my parcel that was received last year November till to date they can't trace it I've been sent to Nirvana post office but when they check on the system landros mare branch received last year but I'm not getting any service and this experience is not the 1st one . The service is so bad and employees don't have customer care and courtesy
No complaints so far. They do their jobs well. And are helpful.
Their service is good, the place is clean well organised.
I have been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of them, they NEVER answer they phones, I even phoned the customer service, they gave me another number, and guess what, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. This is ridiculous !!!
I have a very urgent matter but they never answered my calls!! I called more than 6 times now and on different days and time of day! But nothing!!!
